WHAT'S IN THE KIT?:

Directions*: Take 10 capsules of Tundrex 1.1 per day for 10 days. For best results, take two capsules approximately every 4 hours, for example: at 7 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m., 11 p.m., or choose your own schedule.
Once Tundrex 1.1 phase is complete - follow by taking 5 capsules of Tundrex 3 per day for 10 days. Please try taking one capsule of Tundrex 3 every four hours. The total course should take 20 days.
