How to Follow the Microbiome Recovery Protocol

Total duration: 20 days

Phase 1 — Days 1–10

Tundrex 1.1

Take 10 capsules of Tundrex 1.1 per day for 10 days. For best results, take two capsules approximately every 4 hours — for example: at 7 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm, 11 pm — or choose your own consistent schedule. This phase delivers Bacillus subtilis to the small intestine to begin microbiome restoration.

Phase 2 — Days 11–20

Tundrex 3

Once the Tundrex 1.1 phase is complete, take 5 capsules of Tundrex 3 per day for 10 days. Try taking one capsule of Tundrex 3 every four hours. This phase delivers Bacillus amyloliquefaciens to the large intestine, extending microbiome restoration throughout the full digestive tract.

Repeat: This full protocol can be repeated every 20–24 weeks. You will also receive the bonus of maximum immunity as the protocol progresses. Continuous intake of Tundrex throughout the day maximizes its beneficial impact — highly advisable, but not a strict requirement.
