How to Follow the Supplement Your Recovery Protocol

Total duration: 25 days across 2 phases

Phase 1 — Days 1–15

Tundrex 1.1

Take 10 capsules of Tundrex 1.1 per day for 15 days. For best results, take 2 capsules approximately every 4 hours — for example at 7 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm — or set your own consistent schedule. This intensive phase delivers Bacillus subtilis deep into the small intestine to drive microbiome restoration.

Phase 2 — Days 16–25

Tundrex 3

Once the Tundrex 1.1 phase is complete, take 5 capsules of Tundrex 3 per day for 10 days. Take one capsule every four hours. This phase extends restoration to the large intestine with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, completing comprehensive coverage of the digestive tract.

Repeat: This 25-day protocol can be repeated every 12–16 weeks as needed for sustained gut support. Continuous intake throughout the day is highly advisable but not required.

Note: Do not take Tundrex while on antibiotics — wait until your antibiotic course is complete before beginning. Tundrex is a food supplement, not a medication, and has no known side effects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Supplement Your Recovery protocol best for?+
This protocol is ideal for people who need more intensive support than the Microbiome Recovery protocol but want to focus on the small and large intestine without a full 3-product regimen. It's particularly suited for those recovering from illness, antibiotic treatment, or experiencing persistent digestive disruption. The 3× Tundrex 1.1 phase provides a stronger small intestine intervention before moving to large intestine restoration with Tundrex 3.
How does this differ from the Microbiome Recovery protocol?+
The Microbiome Recovery protocol uses 2× Tundrex 1.1 over 10 days (10 capsules/day), then 1× Tundrex 3 over 10 days — totalling 20 days. Supplement Your Recovery uses 3× Tundrex 1.1 over 15 days (10 capsules/day), then 1× Tundrex 3 over 10 days — totalling 25 days. The key difference is the more intensive first phase: 50% more Tundrex 1.1 for a deeper small intestine intervention.
Can I take both phases simultaneously?+
No — the protocol is designed to be sequential, not simultaneous. Complete Phase 1 (Tundrex 1.1, days 1–15) fully before beginning Phase 2 (Tundrex 3, days 16–25). This sequential approach allows each product to work optimally in its targeted intestinal environment.
Should I upgrade to the Return to Well-Being protocol instead?+
The Return to Well-Being protocol adds a third phase with Tundrex 4 (another 10 days targeting the small intestine with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens). If you want the most comprehensive full-spectrum digestive tract restoration, Return to Well-Being is the right choice. Supplement Your Recovery is the right step up from Microbiome Recovery when you need a longer Phase 1 but aren't ready for the full 35-day commitment.
Does this protocol treat any disease?+
No. All Tundrex products are food supplements, not medications or treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.
