How to Follow the Return to Well-Being Protocol

Total duration: 35 days across 3 phases

Phase 1 — Days 1–15

Tundrex 1.1

Take 10 capsules of Tundrex 1.1 per day for 15 days. For best results, take two capsules approximately every 4 hours — for example: at 7 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm, 11 pm — or choose your own consistent schedule. This intensive first phase delivers Bacillus subtilis to the small intestine to initiate deep microbiome restoration.

Phase 2 — Days 16–25

Tundrex 3

Once the Tundrex 1.1 phase is complete, take 5 capsules of Tundrex 3 per day for 10 days. Try taking one capsule every four hours. This phase extends microbiome restoration to the large intestine with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.

Phase 3 — Days 26–35

Tundrex 4

Follow by taking 5 capsules of Tundrex 4 per day for 10 days. One capsule every four hours. This final phase brings Bacillus amyloliquefaciens back to the small intestine for a complete digestive tract restoration cycle.

Repeat: This full 35-day protocol can be repeated every 12–24 weeks as needed. Each course also provides maximum immune support as a bonus. Continuous intake throughout the day is highly advisable but not required.
